Shipyard oversight includes oversight from the com- pletion of the Design Stage as the project transitions into the Construction Phase, followed by ensuring that transition from the Construction Phase to the delivery of the project and into the first part of the Operational Phase is accomplshed in a timely and cost efficient manner.
