The panel of judges, who were chosen from such orga- nizations as the International Maritime Organiza- tion, the Maritime Hotel Academy and the Royal Institute of Naval Architects. In early April, the company was putting the finishing touches on Nils Holgers- son, a 640 passenger, 22-knot RoPax vessel for TT Line, but was delayed by a problem with the ship's podded propulsion system.
