New Seaway Administrator Sworn In Albert S. Jacquez has been sworn in as the eighth administra- tor of the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corp. (SLSDC). Mr. Jacquez succeeds Gail C. McDonald, who resigned as the SLSDC administrator in April 1997.
