A substantial increase in activi- ty has also been recorded in the field of engine plant modification and upgrading, the province of a specific department at Ulstein Bergen. As engine development advances and new innovations to the K and B-series are introduced, it is planned to offer the benefits wherever possible to existing cus- tomers by way of upgrade kits and services. The company's new after-sales department is intended to better resolve customer problems and assist the service department with complex faults.
