V AGNER HYDRAULIC STEERING Wagner Steers MV "Kedah Cement I" | The "Kedah Cement F' is one of two identical 16,000 DWT vessels built by Pan United Shipyards in Singapore for Kedah Cement Holdings Bhd in Malaysia. The vessels are fitted with a Wagner LA2 28-45-FB2 single rudder steering system producing 30 ton meters torque over 2x40°.
