The sem- inar was held June 7-8, at Laurel Point Inn on Victoria's Inner Harbor. Speakers from Germany, Sweden, Norway, England, Ottawa and Washington, D.C., as well as the Pacific Northwest came tc deliver eight papers on a range ol topics pertaining to the building powering and operation of higl speed vessels.
