Depending on the machinery load, the optimum water flow will be automatically controlled by ei- ther a personal computer (with software provided by the system designer) or the common board com- puter via the frequency converter. All of the seawater return flow will be collected in one tube, and controlled via specially designed control valves, for routing either back to the sea chest or overboard.
