Building on the company's research in low-wash hull forms, the firm has developed a 35-knot catamaran ferry intended to carry 330 passengers. The firm believes this vessel is suitable for routes in archipelagoes, such as those in Puget Sound, Alaska and Patagonia. The passenger space is designed to be built as a module and fixed on resilient mounts to mini- mize vibrations and noise. The 137.8- ft. (42-m) passenger ferry is only one example of the firm's low-wash cata- maran concepts.
