The alliance type contract is worth ap- proximately $4.5 million, and part- ners include Chevron and Conoco and its alliance design contractor AMEC. The UCS concept provides a com- mon hardware and software plat- form for all systems and Silvertech's scope covers the design and supply of all major control and safety sys- tems including process control, shutdown, fire and safety critical systems.
