To Display New SEPAR 2000 Filter M.P.W. of South Florida will dis- play the SEPAR 2000 high-perfor- mance, light diesel oil filter and water separator at the Miami Boat Show. Developed over the past four years, the new design incorporates a multiple centrifugal system and a fuel filter. The SEPAR 2000 report- edly ensures that the maximum separation of water and solids is achieved before the fuel passes through the filter element. The SEPAR 2000 operates with fuel be- ing drawn into the filter by the action of the lift pump. The fuel then flows into the first stage where, due to a centrifugal effect, a high proportion of water and solids is separated off into the lower bowl. Although the SEPAR 2000 is small in size, its powerful range has efficient flow rates of 1.3, 2.6, 4.68 and 10.4 gallons per minute in sim- plex and duplex forms.
