There are also 999 ships (21,875,233-gt) on order which have not yet been commenced. During the quarter, 414 ships (4,047,736-gt) were commenced; 422 ships (5,057,348-gt) were launched; and 390 ships (4,678,343-gt) were completed. To the date of the report, more than 67 percent of the world order book is scheduled for delivery by the end of 1994. The following is a breakdown by leading countries of the world orderbook.
