The first of the four 15,600-bhp vessels, which will be utilized in the North Sea, will be delivered in May 1991. Northwest Marine Overhauling Cruiser Under $29-Million Pact Northwest Marine Iron Works, Portland, Ore., recently won a $29- million U.S. Navy contract to over- haul the USS William H. Standley. The ship will be the first cruiser to be overhauled in the Portland Ship Repair Yard, the port said.
