Rolf Andersson Rolf Andersson has been ap- pointed vice president, marketing and sales, for Wartsila Diesel, Inc. He was previously project and esti- mate manager for marine sales at the Wartsila Vasa factory in Fin- land. Mr. Andersson has more than 10 years' experience as chief engineer and engineer on ships op- erated by Swedish shipping compa- nies. Work will be performed in Tampa, and is ex- pected to be completed in March 1989. Thirty-three bids were soli- cited and four offers were received.
