Dole has appointed Charlotte Bollinger Bordelon of Bollinger Machine Shop and Shipyard, Inc. of Lockport, La., a member of the National Boating Safety Advisory Council. The Coun- cil was created by Congress in 1971 to advise the Secretary of Transpor- tation and the Commandant of the Coast Guard on matters related to recreational boating safety.
