Work will be performed in Vienna, Va. and is expected to be completed in September 1985. $60,000 of the con- tract funds would have expired at the end of FY-84. Eighty-four bids were solicited and four bids were received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C. is the contracting activity.
