LEGISLATIVE ACTION Fiscal Year 1984 Defense Authorizations Passed, Appropriations Still in Committees FY 1984 Defense Authorization has passed in both House and Sen- ate. A House-Senate Conference Re- port (98-213) was issued August 16. Final passage in Senate came on September 13. Final vote in House was taken on September 15.
