Named the Ed Holt, the over- all dimensions of the triangular- shaped rig are 200 feet by 186 feet by 23 feet. The 414-foot-long four-chord square-truss legs al- low the vessel to drill in water depths up to 300 feet to a maxi- mum well depth of 25,000 feet. Approximate cost of this rig is $37 million. Design criteria of the canti- levered unit make it capable of operating under the harshest weather conditions. This self- elevating platform will be able to withstand winds of up to 109 knots and seas of 50 feet. Accom- modations will be provided for a crew of 54. The MAB 200 separator series has five models of high-speed cen- trifugals which are designed to remove impurities from mineral oils in a continuous process. The two-model 100 separator series is designed for smaller capabilities.
