This is the ex-Brooklyn Navy Yard. This is where the 28-gun frigate, the John Adams, was built in 1798. This is where the Monitor-Class vessels were ironclad. This is where the great wounded ships in the course of our country's many conflicts were brought after battles to be refurbished and sent out to fight again. Today this is where Coastal Dry Dock and Repair Corporation offers a unique combination of ship repair expertise and solid concrete and granit piers, docks and buildings.
