Rosencrance has been appointed sales engineer, it was announced by Harold Massey Jr., director of sales and marketing, C-E Industrial Boiler Operations. Mr. Rosencrance will be located in the company's Washington, D.C., office and be responsible for the sale of field-erected and shop- assembled boilers, chemical and recovery and incineration units and fuel burning and auxiliary equip- ment. Mr. Rosencrance joined C-E in 1967, holding positions in. engineer- ing, service contract performance, estimating, and most recently, sales specialist, shop-assembled boilers.
