ABS Breaks Ground on Offshore Energy Center ABS is establishing an offi ce in Houston’s Energy Corridor near the intersection of Interstate 10 and High- way 6. The new facility will co-locate members from ABS engineering, project management, technology and business management, allowing ABS to better serve its client base in this signifi cant energy research and devel- opment hub.
