Possess a current, valid passport for overseas travel. Provide an interface between the customer and the manufacturing base. Assist customers in fault diagnosis and possibilities for repair of Rolls-Royce Marine products. Supervise, or undertake as required, the installation, com- missioning and overhaul of our products, providing both customers and factory repre- sentatives with field reports and practical advice learned from field experience. Provide receipts and details of costs to allow for cor- rect invoicing of our customers. Undertake product training as dictated by the Service Manager. Identify and pursue new customers and markets. Position requirements include: A high school graduate plus a two year asso- ciate degree in Marine Engineering or equiv- alent. Not less than 6 years relevant experi- ence in Marine Engineering or equal. Result- oriented, organized, analytical and co-opera- tive. Familiarity with work on marine hydraulic-and mechanical systems is a plus.
